3. Customer Responsibilities

4. Rates and Payment

4.1. Rates for services will be as agreed upon in the service order or contract.

4.2. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise specified.

4.3. Late payments may incur interest charges at the maximum rate permitted by law.

5. Liability and Insurance

5.1. The Company’s liability is limited to the extent provided by applicable law and industry standards.

5.2. The Company maintains appropriate insurance coverage for its operations.

5.3. Additional insurance may be purchased by the Customer if desired.

6. Claims and Disputes

6.1. Any claims for loss or damage must be filed in writing within 30 days of delivery.

6.2. Disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiations or, if necessary, through arbitration.

7. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information disclosed during the course of business.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days written notice, subject to the completion of any ongoing services.

10. Governing Law
